Track Your Order

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.

Ways to track

• Tap the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
• Paste your tracking number into 17TRACK, which follows packages across carriers.
• Open your order status page using the "View your order" button in your order confirmation email.

Good to know

• Orders ship and arrive within 6–12 days.
• Tracking can take 2–5 days to show updates after your label is created.
• Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a full refund.
